The 15 Best Non-Drinking Things To Do In Nashville (From a Local)!

If you are wondering if Music City is fun for the people who choose not to drink, then this list of non-drinking things to do in Nashville is for you!
I know that it may seem like the only thing to do in Nashville is to drink and listen to music, but that just isn’t true! We’ve lived in Nashville since 2017 and half of the time we have lived here we have been dry – meaning that we chose the non-drinking lifestyle for various reasons.
There are so many things to do that are non-alcoholic that you can definitely have a great time in Nashville without it. Not only will you actually remember your time here, you will also save money as the Nashville prices for alcoholic drinks keeps rising (we’re talking like NYC prices have moved down to the south – it’s insane).
So if you are staying sober, we’ve got you covered with our Top 15 Best Non-Drinking Things To Do In Nashville below!
1. Music & Mocktails

I know this may seem a little obvious, but I feel the need to say it…Nashville is known as “Music City” for a reason and I’m sure you will want to listen to some great live music while you are here. Even though the Honky Tonks pour alcohol faster than Charlie Daniels can play the fiddle, it doesn’t mean that these venues don’t have great options for the ever-growing demand of delicious Mocktails.
Ask the bartender to create you a mocktail that they love (I love anything with ginger in it) and I bet you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how delicious your NA drink will be! Plus, look how pretty these non-alcoholic drinks are…definitely more Instagram worthy than a beer can!
2. Dancing Without Drinking
Of course, you can dance at any honky tonk on Broadway; however, it’s going to be super crowded, with sticky floors and all of the music is going to have that Nashville country twang to it. However, there are some awesome spots where you can cut loose on the dance floor without dealing with the drunks throwing up next to you.
πPlaza Mariachi – This is my favorite place in Nashville! From the outside, it looks like just a big building; however, once inside, you will feel like you have stepped onto the streets of a square in the middle of a Spanish country!
They have entertainment all throughout the week with lots of dancing opportunities, but my favorite is their Thursday night Salsa nights!
It is free to get in and free to Salsa dance all night. They even have an hour free lesson for everyone before the night really gets going so don’t think you need to know how to Salsa before you go.
We did a bachelorette party here and we had the BEST time. Some danced with different people and some of the girls just danced together, which is a nice option if you aren’t comfortable having dancing partners that you don’t know.
There are walk-up-and-order restaurants around the dance floor with delicious Spanish style food – my favorite is the nachos! This dish can definitely feed 2 people, and at $14ish dollars, it is a great budget-friendly, but delicious dinner!
While Plaza Mariachi does serve alcohol, it definitely is not the main attraction like it is on Broadway so it is a great option for those non-drinking dancing nights!

πThe Cove Nashville – If you don’t want to be around alcohol at all, this is the spot for you!
This sober night club is considered a “Christian Club” where the music, drinks and atmosphere are all clean without sacrificing the fun!
Here, you’ll find large crowds of mainly locals so jump on in and party without the booze with some of Nashville’s locals that are totally tired of the Broadway drinking scene.
πNashville Palace – If you are just itching to get those boots dusty with some line dancing, then Nashville Palace is where you’ll want to go.
They have been in Nashville since 1977 and with their big dance floors, daily live music, and their location being so close to The Grand Ole Opry, I highly suggest you boot-scoot on over there for a fun-filled night!
The good thing is that you’ll be so busy learning the steps that you won’t even have time to think about alcohol making your non-alcoholic journey even easier!
3. Explore The Arts Without The Alcohol
Art may not be the first thing that you think of when you think of Nashville, but we actually do have a pretty good arts scene. Check out some of these things and add them to your non-drinking Nashville itinerary!
πΌοΈArt Crawls – these events are free (do you see that I’m trying to save you all some money! π ) and are so much fun!
The Nashville Art Crawl is held every first Saturday and is all throughout downtown in different buildings.
Find the map and information by clicking here and follow the map to the different art studios where you’ll find art ranging from paintings to sculptures.
Even though this is all throughout downtown, you’ll find that this is mostly attended by the Nashville locals so it’s a great escape of all of the tourists on boozy Broadway.
Just south of Nashville is a historic town called Franklin. Franklin also has an art crawl but it is on every first Friday. I love this art crawl so much as it is bustling with people, high energy, and there are local musicians scattered all throughout the crawl playing their music.
The Franklin Art Crawl tends to be more family-friendly than the Nashville Art Crawl so we attend this one more often. Some of the art at the Nashville Art Crawl is, well let’s just say, not suitable for younger eyes.
Find all of the information about the Franklin Art Crawl by clicking here and have a non-drinking awesome time exploring our arts!
And maybe I’ll even see you there as I sometimes have my art, MomΓ‘rte, at the art crawls! Check out my booth in the middle photo below. π

And don’t forget these spots that are available any time, unlike the art crawls that are only on certain days. Adding these to your sober Nashville itinerary will make your trip more colorful! (See what I did there? π )
πΌοΈThe Frist Art Museum
πΌοΈPhoto-op murals around Nashville. Get the full list with locations here.

πΌοΈ The big Dolly head at White Limozeen – some people love this piece and others think it’s over the top, but art is subjective…go and see it for yourself and decide if you like it or not. Bets are that either way, you’ll take a pic with it.

4. Stay Hydrated At These Non-Alcoholic Social Spots!
πPassage Kava Lounge – Nashville’s Premiere Non-Alcoholic Lounge – This 21+ and older lounge serves more than just kava, they also have teas, coffees, and unique non-alcoholic drinks.
This was my first time trying Kava…it was super interesting as it makes your mouth tingly and numb. Kind of a fun experience! It tastes super earthy and is an acquired taste, but if Kava isn’t your thing, they also serve coffee and mocktails!
They are open until midnight, so if you are looking for some chill, non-drinking nightlife, this is a beautiful setting to hang out in without feeling the pressure to get boozy! Pics of Passage Kava below.

πKillJoy Booze Free Beverage Shop – Stop by Nashville’s only booze-free beverage shop and grab some specialty drinks that are bursting with flavor but won’t leave you with a headache!
They do free tastings, have both chilled and room temp drinks, and they have a big range from non-alcoholic bourbon to mocktail margaritas to non-alcoholic wine.
I purchased a bottle of their NA wine to take to a party and my pregnant friend was so thankful that I brought it!

πThe Horn – Best. Chai. Ever. The Horn is owned by Somalians (Somalia is considered “The Horn of Africa” hence the name, “The Horn”) and is listed as “The only chai in Nashville that matters.” So ditch the alcohol and pick up a chai!
I must say that where it is located isn’t in the best spot in Nashville so don’t be surprised when you pull up and see that the area looks pretty sketch, but just park at the building, lock your car, and go grab yourself the most delicious dirty chai ever.

πThe Mad Herbalist – Just the name of this place should have you writing it down on your itinerary! Located in Clarksville, about 40 min north of Nashville, you’ll find this tea room + blending lab that is open Thursday – Sunday 11am-3pm.
Not only can you try the teas and have lunch, you can concoct your own fragrance spray (available Th-Sat only). Such a fun thing to do with a group of friends!
4. Stay Sober And See A Show!
Of course, you all will know about The Grand Ole Opry and The Ryman, but music isn’t the only form of entertainment in Nashville! Check out some of our other entertainment spots that are top-notch!
π Tennessee Performing Arts Center is constantly having shows that are outstanding. From Broadways plays to Cirque du Soleils – you’ll be sure to have a great time and be entertained. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to trade out those cowboy boots for some heels to have a glam night at the theater.

π Third Coast Comedy Club or Zanie’s Comedy Club – while so many think they can drink their problems away, we all know that comedy is actually the best medicine! Catch a comedy show at Third Coast or Zanie’s and burn calories laughing instead of forming that beer belly!
π The Clean Comedy Collective – If you are like me and want clean comedy, check out The Clean Comedy Collective’s page to get their schedule and go support these clean, hilarious comedians!
5. Pretty Places Without Drunk Faces
Nashville has a lot of beautiful spots that a lot of tourists don’t see because they, unfortunately, won’t leave Broadway. However, I’m going to push you to explore some of the prettier, non-drinking things of the Nashville area and I bet you’ll thank me for it!
πOpryland Hotel – This is no ordinary hotel! The Opryland Hotel is a perfect spot to visit if the weather is less than ideal as you can spend several hours inside this 9 acre garden walking around and taking in the beautiful waterfalls, gazebos, river, and flowers…and the best part about it is that it is a completely FREE thing to do! (Remember how I said I like to save you all money? π )
Plan to have lunch at one of the Opryland Hotel’s many restaurants and/or grab a coffee and explore the grounds with some friends.
At Christmastime, it is decorated to the max but also comes with more crowds, so heads up there.
Pro tip – don’t park at the hotel as it will cost you a fortune but instead park at the mall next door for free and walk over.
πArrington Vineyards – I know, I know – I can hear you all now saying, “But it is a winery!” Hear me out please – this spot is so pretty and there will be other non-drinking people there too that are enjoying the day with their friends in a beautiful place.
If the weather is nice, it serves as a perfect spot to do a picnic lunch and listen to the music while taking in the views. You can either pack a picnic lunch for you or they do have some things to buy, but coming from a local, we always bring our own charcuterie.
Plus, it gives you girls (because I know guys don’t care about this) a chance to plan another pretty outfit as most who come to Arrington have definitely put some thought into what they want to wear to the vineyard. Think breezy country-style dresses and pretty hats. If getting dressed up isn’t your thing, no worries – you’ll find some of us locals who sporadically decide to go to the vineyard after our kid’s soccer game and are in our shorts and t-shirts.
Plus, you may even run into Kix Brooks, from Brooks & Dunn, as this is his winery. We ran into him the very first time we ever went to Arrington – see below the photo we got with him!

πLeiperβs Fork – This little hidden gem is about 30 minutes south of downtown and it is my mom’s favorite spot. If you blink you’ll miss it, but that is part of it’s charm.
There is a restaurant with live music, an art gallery, and a few shops but what is so alluring is that you literally feel like you are in a country song when you are there.
An old 1963 police car greets you as you come into town and once you are there you just know that you are going to run into Barney Fife!
As small as this little town is, you have a good chance of doing some celebrity sighting here so grab a coffee and sit around one of the town’s outdoor fire pits and people watch for awhile as you just never know who you will see! Photos below are Courtesy Visit Franklin.

πHistoric Downtown Franklin – Think Gilmore Girls kind of small town but without the fast talk and you’ll be imagining Franklin. The historic Main St is lined with great shopping, cafes, a historic theater, coffee shops, and much more. It is a bustling little town and a favorite to the locals.
Plus, it is another great spot to potentially see a celebrity since so many of them live in or around Franklin. Some of the photos below are Courtesy Visit Franklin.

Visit White’s Mercantile, owned by Hank Williams Jr.’s granddaughter, Holly Williams!

Make sure to visit Onyx + Alabaster, my favorite coffee shop in Franklin! O+A reminds me of some of the coffee shops that I have spent time in when I was in NYC and Paris!
I need to grab some photos of the inside, but the outside is just as nice to sit outside on a nice day and people watch, read, or just hang with friends. Enjoy the photos below of the most perfect fall day with my doggo at O+A haha.

A little further down Main St., you’ll find The Factory at Franklin – another bustling spot that is a must do. This historic factory now hosts restaurants, shops, theater productions, and much more.
My favorite thing to eat while at The Factory is the Korean Cauliflower Taco from Mojo’s Tacos. Trust me on this – it is sooo good!
Make sure to find the big rocking chair for a photo op!

πCheekwood Gardens – Talk about beautiful, Cheekwood is gorgeous! Take a long stroll through their massive property and take in all of the beautiful gardens!
My favorite time to visit Cheekwood is in October as they have a ton of pumpkins incorporated in their gardens and also in the spring when they have tulips and windmills everywhere. So pretty!

6. Museums & Tours
Whether it is music, history, or food, Nashville has a lot of museums and tours that are great for spending a non-alcoholic afternoon! Plus, you’ll be burning calories and getting your steps in as you take your tour. Its a win/win! The photos in this section are Courtesy of Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp.

Backstage Tour of The Historic Ryman Theater

National Museum of African American Music

Hatch Show Print – If you are looking for something hands-on that can also double as a souviner, this is what you’ll want to add to your itinerary! You can create your own t-shirt, bag, or towel using some of Nashville’s most iconic images!
Lane Motor Museum and Cooter’s Nashville – if cars are your thing, then you’ll love these museums! Cooter’s is the place to go to see Duke’s of Hazard memorabilia!

The Hermitage – if seeing the historic home of President Andrew Jackson excites you, then book this tour to The Hermitage. If you are in town around Christmas time, they have it decorated with several events that you can go to.
In January, they have something called “The Winter Frolic”. This event is based on Andrew Jackson having winter frolic’s at The White House. You can expect winter games like the Jackson family played while living in The White House, yummy treats (they will have a special mocktail!), and stories being told of how Andrew Jackson’s presidency.
We sent my in-laws to this for their Christmas present and they loved it! To get your tickets to the Winter Frolic and see the full event’s calendar, click here.

Willie Nelson and Friends Museum
Union Station – While this isn’t a guided tour, I am adding it to the list because it is a really pretty place to visit and tour on your own. It is now a hotel, but it once was a bustling rail station that was built in the year 1900 to transport passengers back and forth from Nashville to Louisville.
You can walk through the massive lobby and take photos as there are lots of photo ops here and then have lunch at their equally gorgeous and well-named restaurant, Stationairy.

Nashville Downtown Donut Tour – Don’t drink your way trough town – EAT your way through Nashville instead! Donuts over day drinking every day in my book! My in-laws went on this donut tour and had a great time. I mean, who doesn’t love donuts!?

7. Sip Free Shopping
If retail therapy is your game, then check out some of these top-shopping spots:
ποΈMarti & Liz Shoes – This store is the first on this list because so many come to Nashville and want cowboy / cowgirl boots and this store has them for way cheaper than other stores. Their shoes are shoes that have been returned, overstock, or display shoes so this isn’t a fancy store but if you are wanting a good deal, this is the place!
ποΈ 12 South District – Make an afternoon out of hanging out in 12 South by grabbing lunch then casually walking in and out of the shops that line the street. Make sure to go in Draper James, Reese Witherspoon’s store, and grab a complimentary sweet tea.

ποΈ Fifth + Broadway – One of our favorite spots in downtown Nashville, this hub offers shops plus a food emporium that hosts live music called Assembly Food Hall.
Some of our favorite foods at Assembly are the Chicken and Waffle Taco and Spicy Tikka Chicken Tacos from Velvet Taco, the calzones at DeSano Pizzeria, and the brisket and cinnamon apples from Honeyfire BBQ Co. Save money by not drinking and eat at Assembly Food Hall!
ποΈ The Mall at Green Hills – if you are an upscale shopper – this is your spot. Make sure to have lunch at RH Courtyard Restaurant – you’ll spend at least $30 for lunch, if not more, but it is incredibly beautiful in there!
ποΈ Marathon Village – Marathon Village used to be home to Marathon Motor Works but has been revitalized as a shopping, dining, and event venue. If you know the show “American Pickers”, you’ll definitely want to make a trip over to Marathon Village to visit their store, Antique Archaeology! It’s super fun to see things in the store that Mike found on the show.

8. Get Active Without The Alcohol
If you are like me, you like to be active and can only do so much sitting around and listening to music before your body is screaming to burn some calories.
Here is a compilation of the some of the best things to do to get active in the Nashville area that will have you exploring the area while staying sober.
πAdventure Park Nashville – This is zip-lining and ropes course is such an awesome experience. The company designed the course based off of the models in Switzerland that puts you up in the trees and is a self-guided tour.
We have gone here many times and it is always so much fun! They are open Wed – Sun and have “last minute” ticket prices so make sure to check their website by clicking here. It is especially fun at night for their “glow-in-the-dark” night climbs!

π The Game Terminal – Nostalgia lovers, you will love The Game Terminal! With over 250 games spanning over 4 decades, you can go back to your childhood days and enjoy a night of pinball machines and pac-man. Compete with your friends at some of the games that you all grew up on and try your hand at breaking those top scores.
Not into gaming? Then hang out on the patio where there are oversized patio games and cozy couches to spend time with your friends.
πPinewood Social – A lunch and dinner spot with bowling lanes, patios and a pool! Their meatloaf is 10/10!!!
πPins Mechanical – Another social spot to play games and hang with friends!
πThe Puttshack – Indoor putt-putt, great for a rainy or cold night with friends!
πTop Golf – you all already know about Top Golf but it has to go on the list as it is a great thing to do with friends. I know that not every city has one, especially if you are coming from a smaller city, so I wanted to make sure that I let you all know that Nashville has a Top Golf location.
If you go, make sure to try the donuts – they come with syringes so you can fill them with different flavors. (I know, another donut mention haha!)

πSandBar Nashville – “Some beach, somewhere” is right here in Nashville! So come put your “toes in the sand” (see how I incorporated some Country music here for you all? π ) and make a reservation for your crew at SandBar to play some volleyball before or after your dinner!
πRock Climbing – There are several places to rock climb around the Nashville area including The Crag, The Climb (multiple locations) and The Kraft.
πFoot Golf – If you haven’t heard of Foot Golf before, you aren’t alone. This new and upcoming sport takes soccer and golf and creates Foot Golf and it is exactly what you are picturing and is such a fun way to spend an afternoon with your friends!
πRocketown Skate Park & Cafe – Skate park, cafe, event venue all in one! Check out their website to see if there are any concerts or events happening or just go and skate the indoor park. This is a great place for teens!
9. Take A Hike
There are a lot of great trails throughout Middle TN that you can find on the All Trails map. Click here to see a list.
10. Get Your Game Face On – Sporting Events
Nashville has a wide variety of sports teams that are so fun to watch play (our favorites are the Predators and Nashville SC) so a great non-drinking to-do option is to catch one of the games in-person like us locals do!
π Nashville Predators – these games take place at the Bridgestone Arena when they are in town. Grab a bite beforehand at Assembly Food Hall across the street at Fifth + Broad before the game for an easy and affordable meal.
There are a ton of chants that we do for the Predators so make sure to get familiar with them by clicking here.

π Tennessee Titans – I’ve got to admit, we really aren’t football fans, but I’m sure you’ll have a good time if you go to a Titans game…and if you do go, take note of the announcer as he is a friend of ours!
β½ Nashville Soccer Club – We have been told repeatedly by soccer fans that have been to numerous soccer stadiums around the United States that the Nashville soccer stadium is one of the best stadiums that they have been to. Not a bad seat and a huge bonus is that they have Prince’s Hot Chicken at the stadium so it’s a win/win lol!

βΎ Nashville Sounds Baseball – This is a minor league team but is a fun night out if you like baseball.
11. Stay Classy Without The Glassy
How about expanding your skills and taking a class with your friends? Here are a few that I think would be great options for the perfect non-drinking Nashville itinerary:
π©· Perfume class – There are a couple of options for you and your girls to try your hand at making your own perfume…Secret Garden Botanica and The Fragrance Lab. I think this would be such a fun and unique class.
You can then ask people when you are out later that night whose perfume they like the most and do a little contest within your group.
π©· Art class with Fowler Artwork – your group will love learning from Lorrie on how to create fluid abstract pieces that can change the atmosphere of your home!

π©· Ceramics class with The Clay Lady
π©· Cooking classes with The Chef & I or The Kitchen Social
12. Concerts, concerts, concerts!
This is different than going and watching live music at a honky-tonk. There are so many concerts all around the city at all times that it would be a disservice if I didn’t tell you all to step away from the honky tonks to see some other performers ranging from Country music to pop. Here are some of my favorite venues to check out and see who is going to be performing there while you are in town.
A pro tip – order these mocktini electrolyte packets and take them with you so that you can add them to your water for a fun non-alcoholic drink to enjoy with the show! With fun flavors like Pina Colada, Peach Bellini, and Strawberry Margarita – these mocktails will be a little something special for you to sip on while hydrating your body because of the electrolytes. A huge win/win for the non-drinking concert-goer!
π€ Grand Ole Opry – this is the second time the famous Grand Ole Opry is hitting this list but doing a tour vs going to a concert are two different things!

π€ Ryman Auditorium – ditto to what I said above about the Grand Ole Opry.

π€ Bridgestone Arena – while this is located on Broadway, this is where a ton of singers come who have made it beyond the Broadway bars. We have seen performers such as Jonas Brothers, Keith Urban, Sam Hunt, One Republic, The Lumineers, and so many more here.

π€ FirstBank Ampitheater – this is one of the most unique concert venues that you will find and I’m going to even say that it rivals Red Rocks! Big statement, I know, but I stand by it as I have been to both venues.
Definitely check out their calendar and see if anyone is performing here while you are in town. (Pro tip – they are a plastic free venue so you can bring a water bottle but it has to be empty and it can’t be plastic.)

π€ Ascend Amphitheater – another great outdoor venue!

13. Listening Rooms
Unlike a huge concert or a wild honky tonk, a listening room is super chill and a great way to hear songwriters perform their own songs. You’ll get people who have written really famous songs to new songwriters that are just starting out in the biz performing at these listening rooms:
π΅ Listening Room Cafe
π΅ Bluebird Cafe – If you were a fan of the show “Nashville” then you’ll definitely want to come to this famous listening room that was featured on the show!

π΅ Station Inn
π΅Puckett’s – there are multiple locations around the Nashville area so check out a few different locations if you have the time!

14. Farmer’s Markets & Festivals
Every city has farmer’s markets and festivals, but when I’m traveling, I always love visiting the local farmer’s markets and festivals as it removes me from the touristy areas and puts me with the locals…which I think is the best way to really understand a city. Plus, it takes you out of the bars and gives you a great non-alcoholic day! So with that, here is a list of these things for you to check out:
π Nashville Farmer’s Market – The biggest farmer’s market in the area with a market house, outdoor farm sheds, and gardens. Make sure to check out their website for hours as the hours do vary depending on the time of the year that you are here.
π Franklin Farmer’s Market – south of Nashville and located at the Franklin Factory, you’ll find the Franklin Farmer’s Market that is held on Saturdays from 9am – 12pm. This is a great starting point to a day in the Franklin / Leiper’s Fork area!
Festivals all depend on if they fall on when you are going to be here OR you can plan your trip around the festival! Here are a few to consider planning your trip around:
π CMA Fest – we all know this one but as a local, I try to stay away from downtown during this time haha. However, I can’t not add it to this list.
π Nashville Fashion Week – Having spent a lot of time in NYC and Paris, I call Nashville fashion “Nashville fancy” as when you are downtown you see mostly tourists sporting their best “Nashville fancy” attire haha.
However, with Nashville Fashion Week, you get a chance to see other Nashville fashions. We may not be NYC or Paris, but there is enough fashion here to check this festival out.
π Nashville Vintage Market – this probably should be listed above in the “market” section; however, a tomato emoji really doesn’t fit here haha. However, this does fall in the category of “plan your trip around this date if you want to attend” as it is a set date and not an on-going event. Check out their IG for info!
π Iroquois Steeplechase – Grab the fanciest hat that you can find and plan your trip around one of the hottest must-do events, the Iroquois Steeplechase! Not as famous as the horse races that Kentucky has to offer, but definitely still a lot of fun and a great way to get out of those cowboy boots and dress up a little.
π Nashville Film Festival – Y’all, I honestly did not even know about this until I started writing this blog. How exciting that we have a film festival right here in the Music City!? I’ve been to Utah for their Sundance Film Festival so I definitely will have it on my to-do list to attend this one in my own backyard this year.
Nashville is definitely an up-and-coming spot for filming T.V. and movie shows (trust me on this as my kids and I model here and we see all of the acting jobs come through. π ) It makes total sense that they would have a film festival…I hope to see you there!
π Southern Festival of Books – Bookworms just got really excited lol! This festival is the one of the oldest literary festivals in the country and has hundreds of authors featured at the event held each October.
π Tomato Art Festival – The hilarious line of, “THE TOMATO: A Unifer, NOT a Divider! – Bringing Together Fruits and Vegetables” that can be found on the TomatoArtFest’s home page should be enough for you to grin and think about adding this to your itinerary.
Who would have ever though that there would be art of tomatoes, but there is plenty at this festival! Add in fun costumes, wacky contests, delicious food and fun music and this is a festival that you will be talking about for a long time.
π Pumpkinfest – This is one of my favorite fall festivals! Held in Franklin, TN, this festival has all of the fall favorites from pumpkin decorations, hundreds of vendors, and yummy pumpkin treats!

15. Spa Day & Non-Alcoholic RosΓ©
“All Day RosΓ©” has become a term that is pretty popular but let’s change it to “Spa Day with NA RosΓ©” and take our health and wellness to the next level at these local Nashville spas:

πββοΈWoodhouse Spa – Woodhouse has non-alcoholic drinks such as teas and flavored sparkling waters that they can mixup to make mocktails or you can bring in your own (stop by KillJoy and grab your own NA drinks to take with you.)
πββοΈSouthall – Set in Franklin, TN, Southall is a hidden gem for those who like all-things-wellness from massages to their mineral pool to steam and sauna rooms, you’ll definitely get the royal treatment here.
As far as the drinks, because it is wellness first here, they do not allow any alcoholic drinks in the spa. Instead, they offer spa water and hot teas for their guests.
After a day of pampering, join them for one of their many classes including “Food Fables”, “Beeswax Candle Rolling Class” or a “Southern Honey Tasting”. Check out their website to se the full list of services and experiences that they offer by clicking here.
